The 2022 Sangiacomo Chardonnay has a beautiful full gold core. The aromatics leap out of the bottle upon opening. The wine is very rich this year, with the stone fruit and soapstone minerality prevailing on the pallet. The acidity is present but softer than in previous years.

Though this silky wine will pair with anything, our thoughts are going to salty popcorn by the fire or Dutch Gouda cheese with some black truffle mustard.

The 2021 Syrah shows bright aromas along with great structure. Our vines were farmed meticulously maintaining the proper number of clusters for each individual shoot. This technique produces a very intense wine that captures the flavors of our site. The Syrah was aged in a combination of French and American Oak (18% new French oak and 10% new American oak) for 13 months.

This Rhone-style blend has a garnet color, highlighted with purple edges. Blackberry, white pepper, graphite, and hints of smoked meat jump out of the glass. The wine is medium-full bodied with fine grained tannins, offering a mouthful of crème de violette and black fruit.

On the palate, supple savory flavors of concentrated black fruits meld with those of mocha and sweet vanilla laden toasted oak.

The most polished and elegant Tempranillo from this estate which is pushing the quality of natural wine higher and higher, this reads as an Old-World wine with a mineral component that could only be Valle de Guadalupe. The overall structure has an amplitude and balance that indicates it will age gracefully for 10 to 15 years in the bottle.

Produced in the heart of St. Tropez, this delicate wine has a beautiful, bright golden color with silvery reflections. Expressive nose of ripe yellow fruits and hints of apple. The palate is full bodied, developing into a tangy finish and revealing notes of pear and fresh pineapple.
A beautiful bright ruby color, aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant) and forest fruits (blueberries), a fleshy and round character are the characteristics of this wine. Enjoy with cold meats, red or white meats, game and poultry, or a cheese platter.

From vineyards nestled in the Alps at an elevation of over 2,000 feet above sea level comes this beautifully fresh and vibrant Grüner Veltliner. From the glass leaps notes of crunchy orchard fruits and both the blossom and zest of citrus. On the palate you’ll find much of the same, along with a hint of pea shoots and a taut spine of gravelly minerality.
An intense red color with purplish highlights. On the nose, marked and intense aromas of very ripe cherries, sour cherries, fruits of the forest, spicy and nutty notes typical of the Valpantena. Good follow-through of red fruits on the palate, with supple tannins to give depth.
Inviting and savoury-sweet nose of ripe cherries, raspberries, slightly of roasted hazelnuts too. On the palate it has a beautiful texture, clear and vivid fruit, juicy, balanced body, with tension.
Roggiano by Cantina Vignaioli di Scansano has a full ruby color with youthful purple reflections. The nose has a lot of fruit, with notes of cherry compote, Moro orange, ripe blackberry, as well as a a beautiful florality, sweet spiciness, and hints of undergrowth. In the mouth it is lively and crisp, with beautiful tannins that are softened by the fruit.
Made with organically farmed grapes, 75% Sangiovese, 20% Malvasia Nera and 5% Syrah, this has aromas of iris, underbrush and thyme. The juicy palate offers fleshy black cherry, cinnamon and black pepper alongside polished tannins.

Youthful, rich dark fruit, berry and cassis aromas meld with notable French oak spice. On the palate, Valdisanti is full-bodied with deep but reserved fruit flavors framed by rich oak. On the nose it is broad and deep, with fruity, floral and spicy notes. On the balance it is well balanced, with elegant tannins, freshness and roundness.
This wine, coming from Spain's famed region of Rioja, displays classic aromas of rosemary, thyme, bruised dark fruits, and cigar box. On the palate, it is full, opulent and masculine.
Deep cherry red. Aromas of vanilla, balsamic hints typical of Garnatxa, fine cacao and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is well structured, meaty and full-bodied with mature tannins, balsamic.
Deep garnet in the glass, aromas of raspberry, anise, purple flowers, savory herbs, warm earth, hints of smoke, cured meats, and spiced cherries lead into a lively and luscious texture that oozes with character. Soft tannins have integrated perfectly with time in the bottle, and a thin veil of acidity coats the finish with notes of orange peel and vanilla spice.
Alvaro Palacios Camins del Priorat is powerful but elegant, approachable but restrained.
Blend: 55% Garnacha, 15% Syrah, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and 8% Cariñena.
Aromas and flavors of rich cherry and plum, accented by mint and orange peel. Soft tannins, juicy acidity, refreshing mineral notes and a smoky finish.
Pale straw color with hits of green. On the nose, great varietal intensity. Harmonious and elegant tropical fruits, stone fruits (apricot and peach) and citrus fruits, with recalls of fresh grass and hay. Fresh and full-bodied in mouth. Powerful and balanced aftertaste.
This wine is made with 70% white Grenache from 40 years-old vines in "tapàs" and "panal" terroirs, and 30% Viognier. Via Edetana blanc is a highly aromatic wine, balanced by a bright acidity. It is creamy with an extremely fresh and mineral finish that grants elegance to the wine.
Finca Nueva Crianza is a bright red cherry in color with pronounced aromas of ripe red fruit and cassis, this wine is clean, complex and elegant. Fresh and well-balanced with vibrant acidity, this Tempranillo contains well-integrated tannins and enjoyable finish.
Bodegas Atalaya Laya Almansa Red Blend is known for its deep color and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savory and rich.

The aroma is reminiscent of red fruits, redcurrants, and cranberries, showcasing a distinct Atlantic character. Swirling the glass releases notes of salty liquorice, ginger, sap, and a spicy undertone, complemented by hints of minerals and toasting. This powerful and complex aroma evokes multiple sensations, resulting in a very enjoyable and flavorful experience. The finish is remarkably long, with toasted hazelnut notes intertwining with minerals and exotic wood nuances.
Straw-greenish yellow, clean, long on the nose, aromas of ripe fruit (melon), citrus (lemon). Tasty, fresh, balanced, fruity, with citrus and bitter notes.
Via Terra Garnacha is a medium body red wine, with great minerality and pleasant red fruit flavors running from strawberries to red currants to sweet cranberries.
Subtle salmon color, with fresh red zesty fruit and mineral aromas. The wine tastes elegant, fresh and complex with a great balance of creaminess and acidity.
Ruby-red. Mineral-tinged raspberry, incense, and floral pastille scents pick up a spicy accent with air. Juicy, sweet, and seamless in texture, offering concentrated red fruit and spice cake flavors that put on weight as the wine opens up. The spice and floral notes carry through a long, energetic, focused finish shaped by silky, even tannins.
